Delivery Information

Quantity Order Discounts and Foreign Orders:

Call us at 1-800-368-3138 for information about discounts
on quantity orders. If materials are shipped to a foreign country,
a 25% surcharge will be added (this includes Canada and Mexico).

Guarantee:

Should any of the materials not meet your needs, just return
them to us within 30 days in resellable condition and we will
refund your money and/or void your invoice.

Delivery & Shipping:

Please allow four weeks for delivery of your materials. If an item is
out of stock, it will be put on backorder. You will be notified only if it
won't be reprinted and the order won't be filled.

Most items shipped via U.P.S. regular ground. Prices include
shipping and handling fees. Teachers who qualify for a free kit do
not pay any shipping and handling fees.
